Prep. Sand the surface  & seal. Re sand then base in Williamsburg Blue. Use magic film or Brown paper bag sand for a smooth surface. Lightly transfer base design #1. Set in base coats as follows: Priscilla: Slate Gray         Fence: Khaki tan Lightly transfer the details design #2
